St. Louis PALS Certification

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), a certification program created by the American Heart Association (AHA) and supported by the American Academy or Pediatrics (AAP) is designed to help the healthcare professional and healthcare provider, learn knowledge and perform skills necessary for the recognition, immediate intervention and care of infants and children in cardiac and respiratory arrest. The PALS program teaches a systematic approach on pediatric assessment, effective respiratory management and resuscitation, defibrillation and synchronized cardioversion techniques as well as fluid bolus administration and intraosseous infusion. This program aims to improve the quality of care and management delivered to the critically ill pediatric patient, resulting to a positive outcome.
Initial PALS Certification: 8 Hours – $175
PALS Renewal Certification: 5 Hours – $105
Q: Is this an American Heart Association Course?
A: Yes! All courses provided by Saving America CPR are American Heart Association Approved

Q: When will I receive my AHA Provider Card?
A: You will receive your American Heart Provider Card the same day as your course.

Q: How long is my American Heart Association Provider card valid for?

A: Your AHA Provider Card must be renewed every two years.

Q: Is a book required for all American Heart Association Courses?
A: Yes. Books are available from Saving America CPR for all American Heart Association Courses. We do not up charge our books, passing the savings on to you.
